UI/UX and Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces, as well as compelling graphic designs that elevate our brand and digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
2. Design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present and validate design concepts with stakeholders.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
5. Develop a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with the brand identity and user experience goals.
6. Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, including banners, social media posts, brochures, and more.
7. Ensure all designs adhere to industry best practices, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design principles.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging assets for various marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous design projects.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive user experiences.
4. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design and prototyping tools.
5. Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for visual details, layout, and typography.
6. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with developers.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

1. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
2. Familiarity with animation and motion design to enhance user interactions and engagement.
