Web Consultant (Cold Calling)
We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Web Consultants to join our team. As a Web Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in the UK and Australia through a process of cold calling. Your goal will be to promote our web services and generate new business opportunities for our organization.
Cold call prospective clients in the UK and Australia to introduce our web services and solutions.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to potential clients.
Identify client needs and requirements through active listening and probing questions.
Generate leads and set up appointments for further discussions with the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine calling scripts and strategies.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Continuously update your knowledge of our services, industry trends, and competitors.

Previous experience in cold calling is preferred, with a minimum of six months of relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
Persuasive and confident communication style with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with different departments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining lead records.
Basic knowledge of web services and digital marketing will be an advantage.
Flexibility to work in the designated shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
