Position: Tele Sales Executive for ERP Sales

Location: Kolkata

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Preferred Experience: ERP Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Research and qualify potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for our ERP solutions.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Initiate contact with potential clients and build strong relationships through effective communication.
    • Understand client needs and present appropriate ERP solutions to address their business challenges.
  3. Sales Presentations:

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone or via web conferencing tools.
    • Highlight the features and benefits of our ERP solutions to potential clients.
  4. Sales Process Management:

    • Manage and track leads in the sales pipeline using CRM software.
    • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  5. Target Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Client Support:

    • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our ERP products and services.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve sales scripts, strategies, and campaigns.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in ERP sales.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.

  •  Experience  in ODOO ERP sales
  • Additional languages
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
